Breaking Barriers, Building Legacies

DARING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

WELCOME TO THE 9TH ANNUAL WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP SUMMIT

Kia ora,

I am thrilled to invite you to join us in Tāmaki Makaurau on the 13-15 June 2023 for the inspiring Women in Leadership Summit.

For the 9th year, the Women Leaders Institute continues to bring emerging and established female leaders across Aotearoa together, showcasing their journeys as they pave the way and make their mark in the corporate world. 10% of event proceeds will be donated to support UN Women’s programmes in our neighbouring Pacific countries and around the world, ensuring all women and girls have equal opportunity.

For decades, women have advocated for equal rights – but without everyone’s support, equality will not be achieved. The #HeForShe commitment has evolved into a platform for all people, regardless of gender, to stand up for a world where we all have equal rights and opportunities. This year, we invite you, regardless of gender, to join us at the conference. Have the option to sit into the DE&I stream of sessions that will focus on creating a culture of belonging in Aotearoa workplaces.

The purpose of the event is two-fold: Breaking Barriers and Building Legacies. Together, we can build a more inclusive and diverse Aotearoa; A place where all women from all backgrounds can thrive.

With this shared vision, we look forward to meeting you in June.
