Laura Cibilich is the Founder and CEO of RUN, a design and advertising agency she founded in 2008 and now runs with her husband. RUN is fast becoming known as the go-to agency for cultural creative communications.
Having started her career as a graphic designer more than 20 years ago, Laura has since worked with clients including Tourism New Zealand, 2degrees and the United Nations.

Laura has been awarded nationally and internationally, for creativity, effectiveness and business. She is a NZ Marketing Association board member, and a regular judge on global industry awards, including Spikes Asia, the NZ Best Design Awards, NZ Marketing Awards and Young Enterprise Scheme (YES).
Not one to do things the conventional way, she moves through life with a positive perspective. Laura's dedication to cultural diversity, women's rights, and sustainability fuels her drive to help create a more just and equitable world.
