Privani Howes is an experienced HR Executive, Consultant, Business Director and Coach with an extensive career in people strategy, organizational development, change management and developing capability of individuals, teams, and leaders. She brings a global mindset, deep knowledge, experience, and a vibrant, energetic, and engaging approach to all things people, stemming from a passion to make a meaningful difference for organisations and individuals.

She holds several globally recognised credentials including the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Whole Brain Thinking and as an accredited ICF Transformational Coach. Privani supports individuals to succeed in environments that are constantly evolving and changing. In her career she has worked on various people strategies with leaders and teams in dynamic international organisations including Unilever, PepsiCo, Frucor Suntory and Chorus across locally and Australasia, Asia, Africa, America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Privani is currently the Head of People and Culture at Ceres Organics and is an Associate Coach, with a passion for unlocking human potential to make a meaningful impact to self, others, and the world we live in.
