Anna Liumaihetau Darling

General Manager - People Experience

Sharesies

Anna Liumaihetau Darling is the General Manager of People Experience at Sharesies. With over 4 years at Sharesies, she has witnessed the company grow from a small relatively unknown investing app, to a wealth development platform operating in both New Zealand and Australia. Anna brings 15+ years of HR experience from both NZ and the UK in the public and private sectors, and is a huge believer of designing experiences with people at the centre. The term ""People Experience"" resonates with her belief that work, being a major part of life, should be an enjoyable and supportive experience.
Anna also spent 5 years in women's rugby development and is passionate about creating opportunities for those who might not typically have access.
