Charlotte Rutherford is the Director of Sustainability at Fonterra Co-operative Group and leads the implementation of all aspects of Fonterra’s commitment to be a leader in sustainability. Charlotte has worked in the strategic design and implementation of sustainability initiatives within the Co-op for over 20 years, including the recently released Climate Roadmap and SBTi verified 2030 targets. Charlotte is focused on connecting farmers to customers to create value from New Zealand dairying credentials and to drive long term sustainable performance. Through Charlotte’s leadership Fonterra takes a global outlook to sustainability, and remains focused on delivering to customer and regulatory requirements.
