Madison is a mission-driven leader with a deep commitment to advancing women’s rights and gender equality in Aotearoa New Zealand, across the Pacific, and globally. As Director of UN Women Aotearoa NZ, she leads strategic initiatives in fundraising, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement, working to empower women and girls in alignment with the UN Women mandate.
With over a decade of experience spanning the nonprofit sector, financial management, and strategic communications, Madison brings a collaborative and solutions-focused approach to leadership. She is passionate about building trusted partnerships, strengthening organisational sustainability, and driving meaningful impact.
Madison is currently completing a Master’s in International Relations and Diplomacy at the University of Canterbury and holds governance credentials from the Institute of Directors. She also serves as a Trustee for the marine conservation charity Our Seas Our Future, where she leads donor programme development and operational improvements.
