A strong advocate for equity and belonging, Shyamini brings a systems-thinking lens to change leadership—shaping cultures where people thrive, and transformation holds. She recently completed a Master’s in Change and Organisational Resilience and is known for her calm, thoughtful presence in complex conversations.
